The Lone Star State Classic welcomes our vendors to participate in our events to provide spectators and exhibitors alike with the latest equipment, food, supplies, and other articles for those in attendance and their dogs for both the show ring and everyday life. Those that would like to have a booth space at our events are required to make application with payment in a timely manner in accordance with the deadlines set forth in the application. Below are the details about the application process along with information about the schedule for vendors unloading and loading from the show site.
Depth of the space: 2 options: 10' or 15' (different depths can not be combined)
Width of the space: in 10' increments (limited only by available space)
Corner space: Corner Spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis
Tables and/or Chairs: Tables & Chairs are available to be included in a space rental
With each Vendor Space:
All spaces have electricity. Any electrical requirements exceeding 10 amps please contact the Vendor Committee.
Spaces are for all days of the LSSC event.
$100 Deposit holds your reservation - payment in full required by Jan. 19, 2024.
Move-in will occur on Wednesday, Feb. 8th and Move out will occur immediately following Best in Show judging on Sunday, Feb. 11th. Please refer to LSSC website for times.
1st 10' wide x 10' deep Non-Corner space is $425.00
1st 10' wide x 10' deep Corner space is $575.00
Additional 10' wide x 10' deep space is $300.00
1st 10' wide x 15' deep Non-Corner space is $635.00
1st 10' wide x 15' deep Corner space is $785.00
Additional 10' wide x 15' deep space is $450.00
Tables (up to qty of 2) is $25.00 each
Chairs (up to qty of 4) is $5.00 each
Vendors are required (no exception) to provide LSSC with proof of $1M Liability Insurance prior to being allowed to unload into building.
Vendor's activities (soliciting sales) & advertisements are restricted to assigned vendor spaces only. No other solicitations of any type are allowed on show grounds.
There will no grooming of dogs within Vendor Spaces.
Vendor Application Process:
The Lone Star State Classic now accepts two types of payments - Certified Check/Money Order or Credit/Debit Cards. Our Credit/Debit Card payment option is under construction but should be fully operational soon.
