By submitting a reservation (Vendor, Exhibitor Grooming, or RV Parking), I agree to abide by the rules of the American Kennel Club, the rules included in this reservation, and the rules in the Attention Exhibitors section in the event Premium List.  I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Greater Collin Kennel Club, Inc., the Texas Kennel Club, Inc., the Trinity Valley Kennel Club, Inc., the show superintendent or their members, and Dallas Market Hall from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind (including attorney’s fess) which may arise a a result of injuries caused by the negligence associated with the product, services, or setup.

Cancellations:  No cancellations will be accepted after the closing date of an event.

Vendors: I acknowledge that I have liability insurance as LSSC  requires for participation in this event.  The aforementioned groups will not be responsible for any loss to commercial booths or products brought upon by theft, breakage, or malfunctions.  Vendors will be responsible for the actions of any dogs and/or children they bring with them.  Vendors are expected to act in accordance with AKC rules and policies as well as those detailed in the LSSC Premium List and the LSSC reserves the right to either expel from this event and/or refuse participation in future events if these rules or policies are not followed.
