Description

Vendors have the option of paying $100 deposit to hold your space, but the remaining balance must be paid by June 14, 2024 – or vendor will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of the $100 deposit.  Vendors who utilize the deposit process will receive an email with a link and passcode to make the balance payment.  This link and passcode will be specific to each vendor and their respective balance due.

Vendors for the LSSC events are welcome.  Vendor Space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, and is for all days of the event.

Vendor spaces come in two optional depths (10 feet and 15 feet) with the width coming in 10 foot increments.  Corner locations are also available.

All spaces have electric.  Any electricity requirements exceeding 10 amps please contact the Vendor Chairman.

Tables and Chairs may also be added to your reservation.

Vendors are required to provide LSSC with proof of $1M Liability Insurance prior to being allowed to unload into the building.

Move-in will occur on Wednesday.  Vendors will be required to remove their setups immediately after Best in Show judging on Sunday.  Please see the Day-by-Day Schedule for times/dates.
